Glazing Apertures

When processing the blank for glazing apertures, or infill panels, make sure the bead is firmly affixed to the blank. After inserting glass panes or panels, seal the gaps so that no water or moisture can penetrate. Please adhere to the glazing manufacturer’s recommendations. The insulating core within the HTR blank offers sufficient stability for supporting the weight of glass in any opening. There is no need for stabilizing elements or a further frame.

Moulding widths: with all Moralt blanks, a four-sided minimum moulding width according to the datasheet must be adhered to for standard lengths. With special dimensions and shortened lengths and widths, mark out the steel stabilizers inside the blank following the pre-marked edge markings.
